This machine has quickly become a must-try experience in our venue. We’ve seen so many repeat players.

We seen this machine live in action at IAAPA in Orlando Florida. We currently own 52 like vending machines that we have on a route. We were very excited to get this machine and ended up buying 2 of them. After 7 months, one machine is completely down. While tech support is very responsive and trys to help, They provide the same solution over and over again. The machine then works for one candy and breaks again. I’ve spent over one hundred hours on this one machine trying to get it to work (More time then all 52 machines I own combined) and it continues to have the same issues. Since the machine is under warranty, I asked for new parts. They refuse to acknowledge the problem and blame the customer for the issue. It has been a NIGHTMARE.
